Security Validation Role

Job Description :

Location : Newark, CA

Job Type : 5 days onsite

Responsibilities include working on secure boot, secure update, and security features for embedded systems, focusing on embedded security rather than cloud security. Experience in verification of security features such as Secure Boot, OTP fuses, Secure Update, JTAG, etc., with a background in hardware and cybersecurity is required.

Required Qualifications :

• BE or ME in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in testing networking and / or automotive products.
• 5+ years of experience in automation scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or others.
• 5+ years of developing system-level test cases.
• Experience with automotive protocols (DoIP, UDS, LIN, CAN).
• Proficiency in programming / scripting for automation scripts.
• Experience verifying security features like Secure Boot, OTP fuses, Secure Update, JTAG.
• Passion for embedded systems testing.
• Confidence in writing and maintaining test cases and acceptance plans.
• At least 4 years of developing test cases on embedded Linux platforms.
• Experience with automation and stress testing tools.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Good collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
