Job descriptionMonitor and coordinate communications for transportation locations, dispatching security-related personnel as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures for transportation environments. Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatch activities and incident reports. Collaborate with on-site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or respond to unusual situations. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients regarding ongoing situations and requests for assistance. Remain alert to potential security-related concerns within transportation locations and promptly escalate issues as required. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. - Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
