Assistant Account Manager Job Description
Job Title : Assistant Account Manager
Department : Account Management
Reports To : Vice President
Summary
This position will provide essential administrative support for our Account Managers and Department Manager. This person will be detail-oriented and will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Proofreading documents for accuracy.
- Data entry and document management.
- Copying, scanning, coordinating shipments for proofs and products.
- Transporting materials between departments.
- Providing excellent customer service with strong verbal and written communication.
- Maintaining high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Assisting Account Managers with various tasks as needed.

Associate of Applied Science degree (A. A.) with a Business Administration or Office Professional focus preferred. Will also consider individuals nearing completion of this degree or will consider relevant experience in absence of a degree.
