As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at River Rock Academy, you will provide behavioral expertise and guidance that helps students grow in independence and self-regulation. Youll develop data-driven behavior support plans, train staff, and collaborate with school teams to promote meaningful progress.
What Youll Need
Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
Masters degree in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
Experience supporting students with behavioral or developmental challenges
Strong data analysis and collaboration skills
Ability to coach, train, and support multidisciplinary staff
What Youll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans
Analyze behavior data to evaluate and refine interventions
Lead staff training on ABA principles and crisis intervention techniques
Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings
Collaborate with families, educators, and service providers to promote student growth
