Job Description

This position requires engaging with customers in a personable and service-oriented manner while preparing various made-to-order salads in a customer service location in the restaurant, as opposed to the kitchen.

In addition to House Specialty Salads, customers have the option to create a custom salad from a colorful panorama of 30 different fresh fruits, vegetables, and proteins, with a wide selection of house-made dressings.

All individual items and dressings are prepared prior to opening to expedite service time requirements.
