We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team of caring professionals in Essex County, NJ. Come be a part of a growing organization on a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!

Job Status : Independent Contractor OR W2 (per diem)

Pay : $74-$93 per hour

Schedule : Super flexible!

What You'll Do :

• Provide one-on-one treatment
• Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of occupational treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent occupational dysfunction in patients.
• Custom Splint Fabrication for Patients
• Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating the data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.
• Develop and guide plans of care which encourage compliance and produce the best results for your patients.
• Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
