In your day-to-day you will :

• Translate the company's strategic objectives into clear and actionable goals for the team;
• Monitor trends and opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring that the team acts in line with business needs;
• Lead complex projects, monitoring success metrics and removing obstacles for the team;
• Review and optimize workflows to increase team productivity;
• Ensure continuous alignment with Product Managers (PMs), Designers, and other interfacing areas;
• Plan and manage the team's resource allocation, balancing workload and individual competencies.
