Position Overview : As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of our forklifts, services, and material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, a keen understanding of customer needs, and a drive to exceed sales targets.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales, ideally in industrial equipment, material handling, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of forklifts and material handling equipment is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.Conduct in-person meetings with prospective and existing clients to assess their material handling needs and present solutions.Present product demonstrations and provide quotes based on client requirements.Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and increasing sales.Provide excellent customer service, including addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and offering product support.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth post-sale delivery and customer satisfaction.
