Job description
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Enterprise CGT, Commercial Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional CGT commercial strategies to support high-impact growth opportunities
Serve as a strategic liaison between CGT leadership and commercial teams for goal alignment
Accelerate CGT business enablement through coordination of targeted commercial training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific discipline
4-5 years of experience in global drug development (pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO)
6 years of experience in a collaborative commercial role within healthcare or life sciences
Understanding of the cell and gene therapy landscape and industry dynamics
Advanced degree such as MS or MBA is preferred
