Pediatric Otolaryngology Locums Physician - Illinois, 10 Shifts per Month

ENT locums opportunity in Illinois starting January 2026 with licensing costs covered and long-term schedule stability.

Highlights

Practice Setting

  • Level 1 trauma center, inpatient and outpatient mix
  • Pediatric-only population
  • 2 Pediatric ENT surgeons, 2 experienced PAs
  • EPIC EMR system

    • Schedule

  • 12-hour shifts, available Monday through Sunday
  • OR hours typically 7 : 30a to 3p or 8a to 5p
  • Clinic runs 8 : 30a to 3 : 30p
  • Includes in-house or phone call responsibilities

    • Cases and Procedures

  • Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and myringotomy with tubes
  • Frenulectomy, abscess drainage, foreign body removal
  • Myringoplasty, laryngoscopy, and septum cauterization

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology
  • Active Illinois license or willingness to obtain
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, and CSR required

    • Travel Accommodations

  • Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage all covered
