Overview

Join our team as a temporary, full-time, In-House Traveler Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Tulsa, OK.

This is a 12-week contract assignment.

Get to Know Your Team :

Hillcrest Hospital South is a full-service 180-bed hospital providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services using state-of-the-art technology in a friendly community setting. Consistent performance has helped the hospital be nationally recognized for patient safety.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and prepare radio-pharmaceuticals for patient procedures.

Educate and support patients to promote comfort and cooperation.

Perform a variety of nuclear medicine and cardiology imaging studies, including image acquisition, processing and patient monitoring.

Maintain high standards for imaging quality and patient positioning to ensure accurate diagnostic results.

Use PACS systems proficiently.

Maintain inventory and documentation related to radio-pharmaceuticals including receiving, dispensing and disposal.

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (A.R.R.T.) with advanced certification in Nuclear Medicine or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (N.M.T.C.B.)

Minimum of one-year recent (within the last two years) Nuclear Medicine Tech experience

Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
