Position Overview

The Program Director is a senior operational leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance, compliance, and staff leadership of a multi-site detox and residential substance use disorder treatment program totaling approximately 64 beds. This role requires a seasoned, experienced leader with the ability to manage complex operations, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure continuous regulatory and accreditation compliance.

This role includes direct responsibility for program budgeting, staffing models, and workforce planning across a multi-site detox and residential SUD program.

The Program Director serves as the primary on-site authority for program operations, quality, and risk management while partnering closely with executive leadership to support performance, stability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Operations

• Provide direct leadership and operational oversight across multiple licensed detox and residential treatment sites.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations aligned with census, acuity, and level-of-care requirements.
• Conduct routine site rounds to ensure safety, consistency, client satisfaction, and staff accountability.
• Serve as on-call operational authority for emergencies or ensure appropriate leadership coverage.
