Position Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations, team development, and customer engagement. This role is a hands-on mix of leadership, retail expertise, and personal styling. The Assistant Manager leads by example, helps drive sales, and ensures that the store runs smoothly, beautifully, and with intention.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional service and personalized styling to all customers
- Support clientele and local community engagement efforts
- Help handle customer concerns with warmth and professionalism
Leadership & Team Support
Assist in training and mentoring new team membersSupport daily staff scheduling and delegation of tasksHelp maintain a positive, motivated, and inclusive team cultureStep in as acting Manager when neededStore Operations & Merchandising
Assist in opening / closing procedures and day-to-day store operationsSupport visual merchandising and uphold brand presentation standardsHelp manage inventory, restocks, and transfersEnsure cleanliness, organization, and a safe retail environmentQualifications
1–2 years experience in retail, with leadership or key holder experience preferredFriendly, team-oriented, and self-motivatedStrong communication and organizational skillsPassion for fashion, styling, and customer connectionAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysPerks & Benefits
