PeaceHealth Home Health in Springfield, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part time .8 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $43.03 – $64.55. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

Our multi-disciplinary Home Health team consists of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, RN’s, Medical Social Workers, Registered Dietitians and Bath Aides. Our dynamic team meets regularly providing the opportunity to collaborate with supportive peers to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Job Summary

Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients within the scope of Occupational Therapy, determining plan of care and setting goals of treatment. May provide oversight to therapy assistants, therapy aides and / or students in following the plan-of-care and treatment of patients. Works collaboratively as a part of a patient care team toward the best outcomes for patients.
