The Manager of Light Rail Operations will report to the Director Rail Operations and will :

• Lead, develop, and manage a diverse team of Light Rail Operations experts.
• Develop and continuously improve positive employee and customer relationships using UTA way principles.
• Leads and participates with peers and other leaders within service unit in cultural transformation, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Identifies and addresses critical issues and opportunities for individual and department growth.
• Develops and improves processes and procedures ensuring delivery of service that is extremely safe, reliable, and efficient with customer service at the forefront.
• Provides leadership, support, and guidelines ensuring a positive and professional image throughout the service unit, the enterprise, and the community.
• Build relationships and interact with all internal departments and support teams regarding service delivery and personnel.
• Develop strategic recommendations to executives and management on how to optimize short and long-term growth.
• Understands state and federal oversight agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develops and manages operations department budget.

As a full-time Administrative Employee, your Total Rewards Benefits Package will include :

Pay Range : $100,800.00 or more depending on experience
