We are seeking a data-driven and analytical DataAnalyst to join our growing marketing and analytics team. This high-impact role will be responsible for generating actionable insights through analysis of customer data, building dashboards, and supporting marketing optimization efforts. You'll play a key part in bridging the gap between data and our marketing and merchandising teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :
- Write advanced SQL queries to extract customer data, campaign / product performance, and behavioral trends.
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI).
- Maintain and evolve Power BI models and visualizations, ensuring fast load times and intuitive user experiences.
- Analyze product performance, including sales trends, and inventory levels.
- Analyze customer databases to evaluate campaign effectiveness and customer behavior.
- Support the execution of catalog campaigns, including audience selection, list management, and performance analysis.
- Validate and import list hygiene and circulation files sourced from marketing partners to our in-house database.
- Perform complex data extraction, segmentation, and reporting to support marketing initiatives.
- Design and analyze marketing and website A / B tests to measure campaign effectiveness, identify performance drivers, and inform strategic improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop data-driven marketing strategies that improve campaign ROI and drive sales.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Work with Data Warehouse and IT teams to source and validate new data inputs, resolve database issues, and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and present advanced analytics related to customer segmentation, performance, and campaign effectiveness to leadership.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in database marketing.3-5 years of experience with SQL and relational databases. Experience managing large data sets and using data analysis tools to inform marketing strategy. Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to translate data into actionable insights.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder presentations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g. pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query).Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau) a plus.Experience in direct mail or ecommerce a plus.This is a hybrid / remote role with occasional travel to our corporate office in the Boston, MA metro area.
