Parts Counterperson – Campus Ford, Waynesboro, VA

Campus Ford is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team in Waynesboro, VA . This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional dealership environment where your skills and dedication will be valued and rewarded.

What You’ll Do :

Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone

Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and purchases

Accurately locate, order, and distribute parts from inventory

Process returns efficiently and correctly

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department

Occasionally deliver parts when needed

What We’re Looking For :

Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred

Friendly and professional communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
