Position Overview

The  2nd Shift Production Supervisor  will oversee production operations during the 2nd shift to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, drive productivity, and maintain compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for assigned shift to meet schedules and targets.
• Lead, train, and develop production team members to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Enforce and uphold company policies, GMPs, HACCP, and all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Track and report shift performance metrics including yields, waste, efficiency, and labor utilization.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Sanitation departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Conduct shift handoff meetings and communicate effectively across departments.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
