Description:
Beans & Brews Coffee House is now hiring full time and part time Baristas. We are searching for enthusiastic, motivated, and responsible people that have a love for coffee and would enjoy learning more about the world of specialty coffee. Position starts at $14.81 per hour plus tips.
Responsibilities:
Beans & Brews Baristas are expected to deliver extraordinary experiences to every one of our Guests, each and every day.
Baristas prepare quality products including coffee and non-coffee beverages with the use of an espresso machine, blenders and other equipment assisting in beverage preparation.
Baristas will be expected to perform basic housekeeping duties and learn basic cash handling, POS, and Computer skills.
Qualifications:
Applicants will need to have a valid food handlers permit and must enjoy working with the public and have a friendly, outgoing personality. The Barista position is guest facing, therefore fluent English skills are required.
