National Commercial Reader

A company is looking for a National Commercial Reader to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed Property Reports and Title Commitments for commercial transactions

Conduct comprehensive reviews of abstracts, surveys, and relevant documents to assess insurability

Identify and analyze potential title defects, liens, and encumbrances affecting property ownership transfer

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Reader in Title Insurance

Strong knowledge of Title Insurance practices

Familiarity with SoftPro Select is a plus

Ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed environments

High level of accountability and customer service orientation
