Uber Eats Restaurant Partnerships Sales Role
This role is on the front lines of growing our Uber Eats restaurant partnerships. You'll be responsible for building our selection by finding, pitching, and signing deals with key SMB (small-to-medium-sized) restaurants. This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales role where your persistence directly impacts the choices available to millions of Uber Eats users, helping our restaurant partners grow their revenue. Success here means thriving in a quota-driven environment. You'll manage a full sales cycle, navigating quick conversations and complex negotiations with restaurant owners. It requires grit, sharp communication, and a 'go-get-it' mindset to overcome objections and build a strong pipeline. For Dallas, TX-based roles : The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $108,333 - $120,000. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $65,000- $72,000 and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of $43,333 - $48,000. The cash variable incentive payment is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
For Phoenix, AZ-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD $57,500 per year - USD $64,000 per year.
