Senior Architect - Commercial

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Architect with 7 or more years of experience in Commercial Architecture to join our growing design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities in both design and project management.

This position offers the potential for long-term growth, potential partnership, and / or ownership within the firm for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation of commercial projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee project teams, consultants, and client communications.
• Develop and review construction documents and specifications.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies for permitting and code compliance.
• Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance, and firm standards.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, design-driven culture.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
