Job descriptionComplete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist License or the ability to obtain upon employment The Surrounding area provides abundant opportunities for outdoor recreation, including fishing, hiking, canoeing, and kayaking Supportive community with a low cost of living, low housing costs, and excellent schools Located near the heart of the Driftless area, this region is known for its bluffs, valleys, and rivers

Pay : $38.00 - $55.00 / hour
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Physical Therapist Opportunity :
- Full-time with benefits hours / week
- Schedule : Monday Friday Day Shift
- Setting : Inpatient Acute Care
- Coverage Areas : Post-op and Emergency Room as needed; potential outpatient coverage if inpatient volume is low
