Restaurant General Manager Job Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Restaurant / Brewery / Distillery GM in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong P&L knowledge and ability to manage all financials
- Skilled in inventory analysis and proficient with systems like Restaurant 365 or equivalent
- Experience managing labor, scheduling, inventory, finances, retail, and multi-revenue streams
- Ability to lead weekly manager meetings and enforce SOPs
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to both employees and guests
- Must be hands-on ; this is not an office-based role
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and closing shifts
- Ability to walk, climb stairs, and work side-by-side with the team
