As a Technical Recruiter at TENEX, you will play critical role owning the end-to-end technical recruiting process while also supporting some core HR operations. You will be instrumental in attracting top engineering, security, and operations talent, while building scalable HR programs that foster a high-performance culture. This is a unique opportunity for a versatile people operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

As the Technical Recruiter , you will support our CTO and their organization to scale AI and Software Engineering teams. This will include Engineering roles that range from Entry Level / Interns to Leadership.

Location : Our office is located in San Jose, CA. This role will be hybrid based on the needs of the team.

Job Responsibilities :

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, go-to-market and back office roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and assessment processes.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates, leveraging networks, social platforms, and industry channels.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience, representing TENEX’s mission, culture, and values.
• Manage recruiting tools, systems, and reporting to track pipeline health and optimize hiring processes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions. Maintain HR systems and employee records with accuracy and compliance.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee relations questions, escalating issues when necessary.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR policies, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.
• Support other HR functions including learning & development, engagement surveys, and other people operations programs, as needed.
