Job descriptionSolid understanding of different SSO patterns and protocols (e.g., SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO) Ability to explain authentication / authorization protocols in detail Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving SSO-related issues Participate in on-call shifts : 9 AM to 9 PM EST once a month Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory services, MFA, Risk based authentication and privileged access management Familiarity with deployments and integration of IAM solutions within the cloud (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) Knowledge and understanding of complex enterprise systems and frameworks including frontends, middleware, services layer, database, backend and downstream interfaces Knowledge and understanding of technical writing : storage, middleware, or virtualization

Must Haves :
- 5+ years of experience with integrating and deploying applications with Single Sign on products (SSO) such as Okta ,Ping or Azure AD
- Hands on experience troubleshooting SSO (single sign on) issues with end users
- Proficient in Agent Based, Web Based and Federated Authentication and Authorization standards
- Strong hands-on experience with industry standard SSO technologies and protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, SAML 2.0)
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management
- Experience configuring alerts with tools such as Splunk
- Unix / Windows patching experience
- Experience handling major production incident bridges with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
