Job descriptionCaring and compassionate attitude with true concern for people Strong customer service focus Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Ability to multitask Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients per their individualized care plan Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team (IDG) in achieving patient care goals Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our patients Promptly reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor Current CNA listing with NC Home Health Aide Registry Must have reliable transportation Hospice or home health experience preferred Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines Hiring manager or Human Resources will contact you within 1-3 business days of your application submission Complete 1-2 interview(s) with the hiring manager via virtual video, or in-person Upon receiving the job offer, review job description, and complete new-hire tasks and paperwork (via UKG) Complete New-Hire Orientation and clinical skills training Receive continuous training from our team as you continue to provide exceptional care to our patients

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm; rotating weekends and holidays.
