Summary :
The President – CSM Financial is responsible for all operations of CSM Financial, LLC.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the development and performance of fixed operations and support functions for CSM Financial business
- Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
- Development and execution of annual business plans, budgeting and goal setting
Duties :
Sets goals, targets, and budgets for CSM FinancialDevelops and implements a strategic plan to meet the needs of CSM Financial and it’s customersWork closely with the executive team to further the organizations missions, visions and goalsInform and advise the executive team regarding current trends, concerns and activities to facilitate policymakingPlan, recommend for approval and operate within an annual budgetOptimize staff performance by clearly defining duties, establishing performance standards, conduct performance reviews and maintain competitive salary structureQualifications
Education, Skills, Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; further education preferredSeven to ten years of experience in operations management with proven leadership skillsExperience with medium and heavy-duty truck financingSuperior analytical and financial aptitudeUnderstanding and ability to help drive sales and overseeing a P and LWillingness to travel and work in multiple locationsDemonstrated strong written and verbal communication skillsManagement skills to include strategic plan development, decision making abilities and program implementationSupervisory skills to include the ability to coach, train and motivate subordinates to reach established goalsAbility to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customers and staff to assist with purchase decisionsProven collaborative and participative management skills are essential including experience in building strong teamsBasic computer skillsAbility to prioritize and process multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to establish and meet standards and deadlines for self and othersWork Environment, Physical Demands :
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift / move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basisAbility to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elementsCSM Job Standards Accountabilities :
