Job descriptionShift open : 6am-6 : 30pm or 6pm-6 : 30am Every other weekend Required Guaranteed 36 hrs a week Contract is for 9 weeks REFERRAL INCENTIVE : Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor. Active LPN certification for the state of NM COVID-19 Vaccine Card / Exemption or Declination Physical and TB screening Driver's License / State ID & SSN Card NM Caregivers Criminal History Screening EMR : Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful.
