Special Education Teacher - Mild / Moderate

Job description :

• Support K5 students through a blend of inclusion, small-group, and 1 : 1 instruction
• Provide specialized interventions aligned to IEP goals and grade-level standards
• Collaborate with teachers to modify assignments, scaffold instruction, and reinforce classroom learning
• Deliver targeted reading, writing, math, and executive-function support
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate data toward IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Uphold documentation, compliance, and service delivery expectations within the school-day schedule
