Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel Polysomnographer for a travel job in Salida, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Polysomnographer Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Work where others vacation, in beautiful Salida, CO Experience with NOX software helpful. Two bed sleep lab. Sleep Tech Part Time - 36 hour per week : 6pm to 6 : 30 am. Wednesday - Friday nights. Will include some holidays. Must be flexible to work 4th night if needed. Does include occasional weekends in order to cover patient volume. May include a fourth night to cover vacations, call off for illness. Some holidays included. Rotating weekends, maybe required. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES : Gather and Analyze Patient Information - Collect, analyze and integrate patient information in order to identify and meet the patient-specific needs (Physical / mental limitations, current emotional / physiological status regarding the testing procedure, pertinent medical / social history), and to determine final testing parameters / procedures in conjunction with the ordering physician or clinical director and laboratory protocols. - Complete and verify documentation. - Explain pre-testing, testing, and post-testing procedures to the patient. Testing Preparation Procedures - Prepare and calibrate equipment required for testing to determine proper functioning and make adjustments if necessary. - Apply electrodes and sensors according to accepted published standards. - Perform appropriate physiologic calibrations to ensure proper signals and make adjustments if necessary. - Perform positive airway pressure (PAP) mask fitting. EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE Successful completion of a polysomnography program associated with a state licensed and / or a nationally accredited educational facility or completion of an AASM A-STEP program and equivalent experience and documented proficiency at all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technician.
