The Pavement Research Engineer in the Heritage Research Group (HRG)uses their advanced knowledge in civil engineering to conduct research to develop, improve and evaluate the performance of asphalt mixtures and binders. The individual in this role is adept at developing research hypotheses, designing experiments to test them, and making data driven decisions on research direction. The candidate is highly creative, acts with integrity to become a trusted partner with business stakeholders and works collaboratively with them to solve big problems and turn them into greater opportunities..

• This position is based on-site in Indianapolis, IN. Qualified candidates must currently reside or be willing to relocate within 75-miles of Indianapolis, IN.
