We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves the mechanical assembly of large-scale industrial food processing machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing motors, gearboxes, belts, and hoses, and must be proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and schematics.

Hours 6 : 00am-2 : 30 Mon-Fri with expectation of overtime to 4 : 00pm and Saturdays 6 : 00-1pm as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble industrial food processing equipment according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Install and align motors, gearboxes, belts, pulleys, and hoses with precision and care.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment to position and secure components.
• Perform mechanical adjustments and calibrations to ensure proper machine function.
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues during and after assembly.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve design or assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or improvements.
