• What You'll Do :
• Lead the tracking and management of critical infrastructure component lifecycle changes, from development phases to retirement, ensuring all dependencies are identified and readiness activities are completed by stakeholders.
• Drive action items and foster strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders to achieve key lifecycle milestones.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate complex supply chain and manufacturing operations activities.
• Contribute to the team's operational rhythm, ensuring smooth execution and strategic alignment.
• Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status updates and facilitate effective decision-making across a wide range of activities.
• What You'll Bring :
• Must-Have Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field.
• 4 years of proven experience as a Program Manager, specifically within supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of production processes, supply chain methodologies, quality control, and cost optimization techniques for efficient goods distribution.
• Understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Proficiency with project management and office productivity software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
• PMI or PMP certification.
