Schedule and shifts

Multiple shifts are available :

• 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday, 2 : 00 p.m. to 12 : 00 a.m. (plus eligibility to transfer to 1st shift as needed)
• Weekend Shift – Friday to Sunday, 6 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 30 p.m. (3 day workweek)

Shift incentives may include a premium (10%–15% for 2nd shift; 11.11% for weekend shift), paid lunch, and other benefits. Benefits start when you start, including medical, dental, 401(k) match, time off accruals, and weekly pay days.

What you can expect as a Sheetmetal / Structures Technician

As a Sheetmetal Technician, you will work with aircraft structures, read blueprints and drawings, and apply fastening systems, procedures, and techniques. You will have opportunities for growth and development in a collaborative environment.
