Broadway Brewery is looking for a kitchen manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of kitchen management experience and would be responsible for directly managing the staff and operations of the kitchenThe candidate must have excellent communication skills.

• Expedite food to servers
• Maintain inventory
• Forecast and prep for upcoming events/volume
• Menu development
• Create daily specials
