Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers from discovery to deployment

Conduct requirements gathering workshops with enterprise clients to understand business needs

Configure software solutions to meet customer-specific requirements and support integrations with third-party systems

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration

Familiarity with physical security systems (PACS) or identity and access management (IAM / PIAM) is strongly preferred

Experience working with APIs, databases (SQL), and enterprise SaaS environments

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
