FAS Transition Specialist

A company is looking for a FAS Transition Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

Process hypercare invoices and train Kofax for supplier information

Collaborate with enablement to test new customers and prepare for production

Deliver a high-touch customer experience during the onboarding process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including coaching and mentoring

Advanced knowledge of Kofax and OSV support

Understanding of coding rules and Service Level Agreements

Ability to resolve complex customer problems

Strong customer satisfaction scores and feedback
