St. Luke's Women's Service Line is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the women in our community. The Clinical Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the clinical operations of the Women's Service Line and its ambulatory teams. This role supports the Practice Director who oversees clinical operations across 10 clinics located throughout Idaho, including the Treasure Valley, Mountain Home, Twin Falls, and Ketchum.

Responsibilities include :

• Clinic and department rounding weekly / monthly based on geography to monitor clinical operations, quality, safety, care experience, and utilization standards
• Providing increased leadership visibility : >

75% of time in the department and actively engaged in real time rounding, support, coaching, and mentoring of patient care teams
