The Operating Room Attendant functions as a member of the healthcare team by providing assistance to the operating room staff and providing support for the patient's care, comfort, and safety. Preferred / Optional : Direct patient care experience in an operating room setting.

Certifications / Licenses

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position, which must be maintained in good standing :

Minimum Required : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification provided by the American Heart Association within three months of hire.

Preferred / Optional : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification provided by the American Heart Association at time of hire.
