(5 weeks sick / vaca, 2 weeks holidays, 1 week CMEs) starting base $275,000 / year Comprehensive benefits package Retirement with 3% Match Malpractice covered, liability covered, dental fully covered Monday-Friday role 8am-5pm in office 5 direct reports who manage about 10-15 staff members CMO will see patients about 2-3 sessions / week Team based mindset with collaborative environment Board Certified Family Medicine Physician 5+ years of experiences required flexible person, someone willing to help another team member, someone who wants to work with a lower income patient population
