SAP Manager

Job Description

One of our clients is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Manager to lead and oversee our SAP systems and initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring the effective implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive business success through SAP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAP solution strategies and architectural designs
• Align SAP systems with business goals and IT strategy
• Lead SAP project lifecycles from planning to deployment
• Work closely with SAP Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to present solutions and census across teams
• Conduct system audits and performance analysis
• Guide development teams through coding, testing, and deployment
• Identify and mitigate risks related to SAP implementations
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security protocols
• Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through an SAP module(s)
• Communicate business stakeholder needs to the SAP development team by translating business requirements into SAP module requirements
