Key Responsibilities :
Greet customers (walk-ins and phone) and assist them with locating and purchasing automotive parts and accessoriesUse parts catalog systems and supplier ordering tools to find required components and place special orders when neededMaintain counter inventory accuracy, process returns and core exchanges, and work with service techs to ensure timely parts availabilityKeep the parts counter and display area organized, stocked, and professionalAssist with basic stock and receiving duties as needed (light lifting may be required)Partner with the parts manager and other departments to maintain department performance and customer satisfactionOther duties may be assignedQualifications :
