Nurse RN / LPN - Overnight

LPNs wanted for small homelike facility - care for same 12 patients everyday low key environment! Make a difference in lives of people with intellectual disabilities - 1 : 3 staff / resident ratio. Join us and practice holistic nursing with an experienced long-term and dedicated team!

We are seeking per diem Nurses to overnight shifts. The shift is 6pm-6am with ability to pick up half shifts as needed. Competitive differentials can bring your base rate up! Dress c asual and work in a small home environment to support our 12 clients in having full and complete lives.

DUTIES :

• Serves as a resource for other direct service, dietary, and housekeeping staff.
• Meets the nursing care needs of each individual as outlined in the nursing care plan.
• Implements physician's orders, including administration of medication.
• Completes all paperwork as required by applicable regulations, laws, Spurwink policy, and procedure.
• Communicates nursing concerns and issues to the physician, DON, and other direct service staff.
• Knows and implements all individual active treatment programs.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Active Maine RN or LPN, in good standing.
