Production Technician - 3rd Shift

Location : Shepherdsville, KY

Position Summary

AutoKiniton is seeking reliable 1st Shift Production Technicians to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment (not warehouse) involving machine operation, loading / unloading parts, and inspecting welds. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect welds for quality
• Load and unload machines
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Maintain strong attendance-especially in the first 30 days

Requirements

General : Attention to detail; must complete a facility tour before starting

Background : Background check required; no felonies (misdemeanors are case-by-case)

Language : Must speak and understand English

Physical : Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Experience : 1 year of factory, assembly line, or manufacturing experience required

Dress Code / PPE

T-shirt (nothing offensive), jeans or Dickies covering ankles, no rips, steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required. Safety glasses, gloves, and sleeves are provided.

Pay & Hiring Plan

$17.50 / hr for all shifts

Temp-to-hire program

Pay increases to $19.00 / hr upon conversion

Schedule

1st Shift : Sun - Thurs 10 : 30pm - 6 : 40am

Overtime as needed

Full-time position

Attendance is very important, especially in the first 30 days
