Contingent Assets is looking for an accounting manager that has experience in construction. The ideal candidate has experience in experience in job cost accounting, tracking of work-in-progress, and using the percent-of-completion method for revenue recognition is a must. Understanding how to work within a small company is a plus and it is a requirement to work in office.

• Accounting Manager Experience
• Construction Accounting Experience (Required)
• Work In Progress (WIP), Job Costing, Percentage Of Completion
• Create Internal Controls, KPI, Dash Boards
• Support Month End Close
• CPA (Preferred)
• Strong Financial Analysis, FP&A
• B.S. Accounting
• $100K - $130K
