Sales Operations Analyst Shockwave Medical

Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Sales Operations Analyst Shockwave Medical to join our team. The position is FULLY REMOTE and can sit anywhere in the US.

Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we're developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. Ready to join a team that's pioneering the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

This role is responsible for analyzing complex data, generating both conclusions and recommendations, and effectively communicating those to decision-makers. The current environment is best suited for someone with a passion for improving existing processes and who has the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced growing organization. In this role, you'll be working with commercial leaders to drive data-based decisions and implement solutions to improve commercial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Self-direct and prioritize execution of incoming requests for analysis projects.
  • Conduct analyses, develop conclusions & communicate recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
  • Create, monitor, support and manage reports and dashboards in Excel, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
  • Work with large data sets, glean intelligence from data, draw conclusions, and enable recommendations to key stakeholder groups.

Core Processes & Project Support

  • Execute key commercial operations initiatives including compensation, quota, business planning, reporting, territory design and other projects.
  • Complete knowledge and full understanding of area of specialization, principles, and practices within discipline.
  • Partner with different stakeholders to build and streamline commercial operations processes.
  • Support sales, finance, and commercial operations teams by collecting and organizing data to inform and drive decisions.
  • Identify needs and develop standardized tools, methodologies, and processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.
  • Provide training to other analysts on best practices.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business / technical field or demonstrated relevant experience. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical function.
  • Understanding of building reporting / visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Ability to efficiently read in data, analyze, and present data using Python, R, or SQL a plus.
  • Experience in medical device or other life sciences industry is a plus.
  • Utilizes education and work experience to apply advanced knowledge and expertise to projects and tasks.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal guidance and supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities.
  • Highly organized with good time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to identify & effectively communicate conclusions from analyses to diverse audiences both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to determine stakeholder requests and manage ambiguity.
  • Able to solve intermediate problems.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is : US : $77,000 - $124,200 / Bay Area : $89,000 - $142,600

    Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
