Rate of Pay : $61,068.80 per year

Function :

The Lead Case Manager provides leadership to the housing focused support services team in Denver Metro Social Services. The lead case manager provides supervision of all case managers and resource case managers in the Denver Metro area. This includes providing oversight for assessments, individual housing plans, and housing first program design for participants to successfully become rehoused in the broader community.

Network with Community Resources and Partners

Promote community and for-profit involvement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :

Qualification and Education Requirements :

Master's in social work (M.S.W.) with at least 2 years, postgraduate, professional social service experience (L.C.S.W. preferred), preferred; or master's degree in social services field preferred. Currently credentialed to provide supervision to M.S.W. candidates according to the State of Colorado, preferred. A Bachelor's degree in a mental health field with at least 3 years case management experience working with individuals with chronic / acute health, mental health needs will be considered. Track record in working with people requiring critical case management experience. 1 year experience working with unhoused populations required. Experience with addiction recovery populations is preferred.
