Subcontract Administrator

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Subcontract Administrator.

In this role, you will prepare bid packages, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate with suppliers (cost, terms, and work scope), and award contracts. This role will also require post-award contract administration and maintenance, including but not limited to invoice processing, supplier quality and delivery performance management, coordination with internal functional organizations, and overall supplier work scope organization and management.

Must be a US Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX. This position is Hybrid 50% Wednesday & Thursday on site required.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with one of the following : procurement / buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier / customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Willing / able to travel
• Desired Skills :
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS).
• Proficient use of MS Excel and Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing / ERP system, such as Procure to Pay.
• Bachelor's Degree focus in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related field.

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
