Digital U Consultant
Learning develops, deploys, and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment with business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. This function also manages trainings provided by third-parties and partners with leaders and subject matter experts within functions and business units to deliver learning. Learning Development and Delivery provides instructor-led trainings and manages training processes to maximize the value that employees gain from learning solutions. This job family delivers training materials including presentations, guides and manuals, and course evaluations and coordinate training schedules based on training needs.
Position Summary
The Digital U Consultant is responsible for working with college leaders, subject matter experts, mentors, students, online learning platform partners, and other key stakeholders to fill organizational skill gaps. This is done through curated curriculum, which allows students to upskill, reskill, or change careers.

Anticipated Salary Range
$67,500-$105,930
